This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at Peckham Industries, Inc., located in Springfield, Westfield, and Palmer, Massachusetts. The Information Technology Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, offering support for printers, and delivering help desk support.
