The role supports supply chain management and production planning at OEM sites, gathering and analyzing part data, monitoring MRP tools and schedules, identifying bottlenecks, and maintaining customer‑facing relationships.
- Support supply chain management and production planning at OEM locations.
- Collect, interpret, and close engineering questions and part non‑conformances.
- Monitor MRP tools, production schedules, shop‑floor WIP, and delivery commitments.
- Identify bottlenecks, perform gap analysis, and develop mitigation plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with engineers, buyers, and program managers.
- Execute part transition planning, implementation, and verification.
- Document findings, write reports, and disseminate information as required.
- Create and improve work instructions to ensure repeatable best practices.

Ideal candidates have experience in supply chain, production planning, quality or operations, preferably with shop‑floor exposure, strong teamwork abilities, SAP or similar ERP proficiency, and clear communication of shortage statuses.
- Experience in supply chain, production planning, quality, or operations.
- Shop‑floor experience preferred.
- Strong relationship‑building and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
- Ability to communicate shortage status to both operational and executive audiences.
- On‑site role in New Port Richey, FL; must have personal transportation.
- Physical ability to walk extensively and lift up to 40 lbs.
- No travel required; U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
Benefits
