- Lead medical planning across all project stages, including master planning, blocking and stacking, departmental layouts, and detailed 1:50 room loadings.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating integration of functional planning and architectural design.
- Experience of international healthcare projects and delivery of large-scale hospital developments.
- RIBA Chartered Architect (or equivalent professional registration).
- Familiarity with global healthcare standards and ability to adapt UK best practice to international contexts.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence at project, client, and industry levels.
- Postgraduate degree or specialisation in medical planning (or equivalent demonstrable expertise).
- Demonstrable leadership in planning hospitals and complex healthcare facilities within the UK and Ireland.
- Evidence of thought leadership through publications, presentations, or active research.
- Strong design sensibility with a commitment to delivering healthcare environments that improve human experience.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Extensive experience in healthcare design, with at least 5 years in a senior medical planning role.
