Founded in 1974 by two engineers combining expertise in industrial wastewater and civil hydraulics.
Over decades, it expanded services—adding solid waste engineering in 1979 and later utility planning, stormwater, geospatial, ecology, and more—to meet growing community and environmental needs.
From its earliest projects treating industrial wastewater, the firm evolved to serve cities, counties, state and federal agencies, including long‑standing work at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.
Typical projects span water and wastewater treatment plants, roadway and site civil design, stormwater management, asset management, and distribution/collection systems.
