As a Trainee Sales Negotiator you will market properties, arrange and conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and generate new leads through canvassing, door‑knocking and leaflet drops while developing strong client relationships.
Successful candidates should demonstrate passion, ambition, drive, a strong work ethic, a positive mindset, problem‑solving ability, excellent communication and people skills, and a customer‑focused attitude.
Applicants must have access to a vehicle less than 10 years old, a full UK manual or automatic driving licence, and provide proof of business insurance; those who leave within 12 months may be required to reimburse training costs.
Our high‑performing team in haart, Witham, is searching for a superstar Trainee Sales Negotiator. No experience is required because we provide full training, mentorship and a clear progression plan. If you are driven, motivated to hit targets and have excellent people skills, we want to hear from you.
The role offers an OTE of £28,000 per year plus uncapped commission. Working hours are full‑time: 8:30 am‑6 pm Monday‑Thursday and Friday, and 9 am‑5 pm on Saturdays, providing a balanced schedule.
