The Community Maintenance Associate ensures that the physical aspects of a community are maintained and that standards for grounds, amenities, and curb appeal are met, while providing support to the service team. The role involves daily inspections of common areas, removal of litter and debris, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Key duties include removing trash from vacant apartments, maintaining storage areas, completing minor service requests, and assisting the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers. The associate also changes locks according to policy, checks that pool gates meet safety codes, distributes resident notices, and promptly reports any hazards or safety concerns to supervisors.
Employees receive a base salary within a posted range that reflects business requirements, experience, skills, and geographic location. Depending on the position, individuals may be eligible for quarterly or annual bonus programs for corporate roles, or weekly, monthly, and quarterly bonuses for onsite property positions.
