As a Concierge at Revel, you will be the first impression of the community, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests. You go beyond front‑desk duties, partnering with team members and building relationships to create memorable experiences.
The role involves answering calls, welcoming visitors, monitoring security, sorting mail, coordinating rides and activities, and maintaining clean common areas.
The ideal candidate has exceptional white‑glove customer service experience, especially in hospitality or senior living, can interact courteously with guests, make independent decisions, stay calm in emergencies, reason through issues, communicate effectively in English, and is proficient with computers, mobile devices, AV equipment and Microsoft Office.
