What you would be doing
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, aviation partners, and internal departments
- Stay abreast of industry developments and incorporate innovative practices into program strategies
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards across all program activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to program success, developing contingency plans as necessary
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality program outcomes within specified timelines and budgets
- Develop and implement strategic plans for aviation programs, aligning them with organizational objectives and industry trends
- Provide regular progress reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders
