This role is responsible for overseeing occupational health and safety measures, conducting safety training sessions, investigating accidents, and ensuring compliance with environment, health, and safety (EHS) standards. The Safety Manager will also be tasked with improving industrial safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
As the Safety Manager, you will be responsible for the "oversight of safety" on active job sites. With over 300 employees in the field at numerous large-scale projects, your role is key to ensuring every team member gets home safely.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
OSHA 10 & 30 certifications; First Aid/CPR
Comfortable speaking up, solving problems, and leading by example
