Senior Property Manager

Description

• Oversee insurance, statutory assessments, and risk management.
• Liaise with tenants on lease administration, renewals, rent reviews, and negotiations.
• Deliver accurate monthly reports and annual business plans aligned with owner objectives.
• Maintain tenancy schedules and ensure compliance with lease terms.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow budgets; manage financial transactions and debt collection.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks.
• Strong knowledge of leases, deal analysis, negotiations, and financial management.
• Certificate of Registration required; tertiary qualifications in property preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial property management, ideally on Premium assets.
