Support and lead the HVAC team, providing expert-level knowledge of building HVAC systems.
Utilize technology and software platforms for work order management and campus project tracking.
Respond to emergencies and after-hours calls when necessary.
Oversee preventative maintenance programs for all building systems, including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
Work closely with internal teams to maintain a high standard across commercial property systems.
Review, request, and manage work orders, bids, and proposals from vendors.

Manage BMS (Building Management Systems) and VRF/VRF systems (Daikin experience preferred).
Vocational training, trade school certification, or college degree in a relevant field.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to lead and mentor within the team.
Comfortable with flexible hours and on-call responsibilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
Commercial property experience, preferably in upscale environments (e.g., Class A office, hotel, hospital, golf course).
PTO: 2 weeks initially, increasing to 3 weeks after 1 year.
Strong technical expertise across building systems; must be more than a “jack of all trades.”
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools for facilities management.
Mid-career level preferred – not entry-level, not too senior; ready for the next step.
