Manage the hand-over to the client of competed project information & documentation in accordance with the agreed procedures.
Liaise with other project functions and the client to ensure quality of the delivered data.
Coordinate with information management system specialist to ensure that the Project Database and Tools are properly set up as per project requirement.
Liaise with Project Information Manager on reviewing the client’s information management requirements for the project and prepare information & data specifications to be concluded in the project’s setup.
On a regular basis; monitor and report data progress status.
Interpret reports for ingested data consistency, compliance & completeness
As Senior Project Information Engineer (Information Management) you will be assigned to large and complex projects to manage the entire asset information and data flow during all different EPC stages in the project. You will be reporting to the Project Information Manager on the project.
At project completion stage, assist in preparation of close-out report on information management activities including initiating improvement on SBM standards & methodology
Coordinate & advise Engineering, Supply Chain /Vendors & Suppliers, Completion and Quality teams to ensure data requirements are understood and complied with.

Exposure and or work experience in handling system engineering design applications & tools; will be another further added advantage
Some understanding of data/information/document management systems/tools.
Knowledge & work experience in system engineering related scope in large Oil & Gas EPC projects; will be an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in either Engineering, Information Management or Data Management. A master’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
