In this Solutions Engineer role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical products and customer needs. The role involves pre-sales support, technical consultation (design, architecture, and programming), product demonstration, and often post-sales implementation. The main goal is to support sales by ensuring not only that the solution is technically feasible but the right fit for the customers problem.
Deliver full implementation documentation for completed projects
Provide clear, complete documentation for clients and internal teams
o Participating in RFP/RFI responses.
