Act as a contact point for Field Service Technicians with on-site data queries.
Internal reporting on fleet health and site visit statistics.
Facilitate metadata transfer to an appropriate data platform to ensure the client has access to their flow/level data.
Analyse incoming flow and level data using an appropriate data platform to derive actionable insights and conclusions.
Identify trends and anomalies, at both full fleet and individual site level.
Update databases with new installations of monitoring equipment and record follow-up site activity. Ensure records are kept up to date with all site visits and actions taken.
Act as a contact point for the client and respond to any queries raised.
Interim reporting to the Client.

Proficient in Excel and confidence working with data platforms.
Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Post-installation validation.
A degree in Environmental Science, Maths or other related field.
Right to work in the UK is essential.
