Supervise craft employees assigned to area of responsibility. Provide liaison between field engineering and crafts to ensure compliance of construction with drawings and specifications.
Advise senior level supervision of potential problems such as work interferences, schedule difficulties, etc. Assist in circumventing/resolving such problems as required.
Assist in planning work schedule, determining manpower requirements, material quantities and equipment requirements.
Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
Monitor work performance and productivity of craft employees to ensure project rules, procedures, schedule, etc. are maintained.
