Undertaking site audits and TM checks to assess and ensure compliance
Escalation and feedback of site issues to promote lessons learnt and continuous improvement
Deliver and monitor daily briefings, ensuring that they are tailored and specific to the works being undertaken
Safely delivering works in line with SHE legislation, COVID 19 SOP's and company policy e.g. 5 Basics, PUWER, LOLER, HAVS, 10 steps to safe digging, waste management etc

Have a certificate in Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or Site Supervisors Site Training Scheme (SSSTS)
You have experience in Highways Maintenance or a similar field
