Description

• Ensure timely, cost-effective, and precise project delivery
• Prepare comprehensive estimates for various project sizes
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors
• Analyze project requirements and specifications
• Conduct occasional site visits to evaluate project scope
• Obtain and verify vendor and supplier pricing
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform material take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates
• Perform detailed material take-offs for structural steel components
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks

Requirements

• Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical abilities
• Experience using Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or Tekla PowerFab
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with excellent typing skills
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and industry standards
