Sr. Project Architect

Description

• Work closely with Project Managers to address city plan review comments, support permit approvals, and streamline consultant responses.
• Lead and coordinate the creation of construction documents from schematic design through construction administration.
• Assist construction teams by resolving field issues and providing clear, practical design solutions.
• Review plan sets for quality, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.
• Partner with external architects, consultants, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure design intent is fully realized.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure merchandising and specifications match the approved plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (architectural licensure in CA is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong collaborative mindset.
• 10+ years of professional architectural experience, ideally with residential projects.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, building systems, and industry standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other similar 3D modeling tools.
