What you would be doing

Assist in trade shows offered by ECCO Supply or suppliers.
Forward sales lead to Outside Sales Representative for follow-up.
Maintain an up-to-date sales data base with pricing and specifications.
Read and comply with ECCO’s Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
Participate in yearly inventory count.
Read and comply with ECCO’s Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
Assist in the success of ECCO’s Safety Program with suggestions, by setting a good example, and by ensuring that safety is at the forefront of your actions while at work.
Maintain good working relationship with all co-workers and ECCO employees.
Make a personal commitment to consistently provide superior candidate experience improve ECCO’s employer brand in the market.
Co-ordinate all shipping with Branch Manager, ensuring backorders are checked and any special instructions are followed.
Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, upselling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.
Educate customers on features and benefits of products in order to improve related sales and customer satisfaction; as well as assist with quotes and pricing of jobs when needed.
Handle telephone sales calls professionally, courteously, and as efficiently as possible.
