Warehouse Manager

Description

The Warehouse Manager will lead daily warehouse and distribution operations, overseeing purchasing, logistics, inventory management, warranty processing, and order fulfillment. This role emphasizes team leadership through motivation, mentorship, and coaching while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, attendance, performance, and engagement.

• Oversee inbound purchasing, logistics, inventory, warranty processing, and returns.
• Coordinate timely and accurate order fulfillment to project sites.
• Drive KPI improvements for delivery timeliness, order accuracy, and pick rate.
• Generate performance reports and identify improvement areas.
• Support rollout of new systems and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and enforce security protocols.
• Foster a customer‑service mindset and manage employee recognition programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years management experience, preferably in HVAC/electrical.
• Strong logistics, fulfillment, and transportation expertise.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to solve complex problems and lead employee development.
• Knowledge of HR regulations, safety rules, and procedural compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lb and work from ladders; occasional Saturdays required.

Benefits

• Salary range $53,000–$75,000 annually.
