1+ years of experience in the application of coatings and liners, including surface preparation and material mixing.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
Physical labor may be required, including the ability to lift and move equipment or materials.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on achieving quality results.
Must be able to work in confined spaces or elevated areas depending on the project.
Proven experience applying coatings and liners independently and inspecting work for quality.
OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety certification.
Flexibility to work extended hours or on weekends as project schedules require.
Ability to lift heavy materials, work in various weather conditions, and in confined spaces.
Experience with industrial coatings and liners, including epoxy and polyurethane materials.
Experience with quality control and performing surface adhesion tests.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times for safety.
Strong understanding of different types of coatings and liners and their applications in various environments.
