This position requires on-site presence in Atlanta or Chicago, following a hybrid work model
Strong organizational design, workforce planning, and change management skills
Financial and business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to operational outcomes
This role will travel >20-30%
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
Located in the Atlanta or Chicago area
Experience designing and executing hourly workforce development programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Proven labor relations expertise, including union negotiations, associate relations, and compliance
Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels
