Role

To work with company CMMS and keep updated at all times.
To ensure all works are carried out to a high standard and to be delivered on time.
Carry out reactive call outs and unscheduled works.
Carry out in maintenance and repair of HVAC plant to include Single Splits, VRV systems, Chillers, Air Handling Units, Supply and Extract Fans. Experience in Boilers and general boiler house plant would be advantageous but not essential.

Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality with the ability to work individually as well as a part of a team.
Valid/Full clean driver’s licence.
The ability to start and develop excellent relationships with clients.
Familiar with the use of BMS systems.
Time served Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Engineer with a minimum of FETAC Level 6 complete with F-Gas registration.
Minimum 5 years post apprenticeship experience in service and repair in all aspects of HVAC plant.
Fault finding in all aspects of HVAC plant.
