The Specification Writer will develop, revise, and maintain technical specifications and the Manual of Design Criteria, create supporting technical documents for design, construction, contracts, and operations, and prepare policy and procedure documentation. Preferred qualifications are a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect license and Certified Construction Specifier certification.
