Commercial Hot Side Service Technician

Description

• Diagnose and repair commercial cooking and hot side equipment.
• Follow safety and compliance protocols at all times.
• Assist with light refrigeration or HVAC tasks as needed (a plus).
• Accurately document work performed and parts used.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls in commercial environments.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, tools, and workspace.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial hot side equipment service preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Commercial HVAC experience or EPA certification is a strong plus.
