The role coordinates and assembles work and resource plans that align with the budget, monitoring weekly and annual execution for transmission and distribution organizations. It also evaluates business processes and collaborates with the GO Business Finance team to reallocate budget and track performance. The position is hybrid, based in the East Bay region of PG&E’s service territory, with weekly in‑person meetings at headquarters and minimal travel (approximately 15%).
The incumbent will lead cross‑functional teams, develop integrated work plans and presentation materials for regular work and budget meetings, and serve as a subject‑matter expert on special initiatives, influencing decisions across gas operations.
PG&E provides a salary range of $122,000 to $194,000 for the Bay Area, with actual pay based on skills, experience, education, certifications, market value, and internal equity. The role is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation programs.
