Ensure Proper maintenance of the plant, machinery, building, and infrastructure in the plant
Prepare and maintain Risk Analysis of work activities and implement the PTW System as per HSES procedures.
Implement Engineering audits and health check program in the plant.
Implementation of safety systems & procedures in the plant.
Raise Capital expenditure, budgeting and execution of projects.
Monitor MTBF and MTTR and drive Operational Efficiency in plant through reduction in breakdown. Implement Time Based Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance of equipment’s and machines.
Ensure compliance to safety guidelines in the plant.
Monitoring HSES KPI’s- Energy, Power, Utility etc.

Requirements

Expertise in DCS operation & Programing.
Expertise in Logical diagrams (PLC, IOC)
Knowledge of Diagrams & symbols- Control System Architecture , Instrument Tubing Layout , Instrument Cable Layout , Shutdown Logic Diagram .
Electrical and Instrumentation related Knowledge of mixers, extruders, mills, blender, BOPT, stacker, material lift equipment’s.
Instrument Cable Screen Grounding .
Basic knowledge of Instrumentation equipment, understanding of logics.
DP Level Transmitter Calculation Using Diaphragm Seal
