- Experience in ecological restoration, environmental planning, or sustainable design
- Ability to prepare construction documents, technical reports, and proposals
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary projects and integrate input from engineers, ecologists, and contractors
- Excel at both creative design and technical precision
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
- Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and team members
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in landscape architecture
- Licensed Landscape Architect (or completion of LARE)
- Enjoy working outdoors and are comfortable with occasional fieldwork in varied weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for project needs
- Track record of client satisfaction and repeat business
- Strong knowledge of grading, site engineering, and cost estimating
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design and attention to detail
- Business development skills, including proposal preparation and marketing support
