Sales Closer

Description

We are looking for a Sales Closer to join our team in Austin, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Sales Closer will actively engage with prospective homebuyers to understand their needs, provide information on available homes, and guide them through the homebuying process. Daily responsibilities include building customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and satisfying home purchase experience for clients.

Requirements

• Familiarity with the real estate or homebuying process is a plus, but not required
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage contracts, documents, and follow-ups efficiently
• Ability to effectively present information, provide detailed explanations, and address customer questions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• High level of motivation with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
• Proven sales skills, including client engagement, negotiation, closing deals, and achieving sales targets
