Provide operational leadership to individual contributors and the hourly workforce to ensure execution of daily tasks such as loading and unloading trailers, cross‑docking, and customer service in line with company service and cost objectives. The supervisor directly manages workforce and equipment scheduling, makes corrective and disciplinary decisions up to a written warning, participates in hiring, and attends customer meetings as needed.
- Ensure supervisors and associates are trained, competent, and understand customer objectives.

Benefits
The Operations Supervisor provides direction at a single location, leading staff to ensure customer requirements are achieved while meeting Penske’s goals and objectives. The role is bonus eligible based on performance, with the potential to earn up to 12% of base pay for maximum performance.
Shift hours run from Saturday to Thursday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with leadership present 30 minutes before the shift starts. Flexibility is required to support peak season, holidays, short‑staffing, and other business needs, including occasional off‑shift work.
