Description

• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment with plans, specifications, and project objectives.
• Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial projects.
• Identify potential issues early and implement proactive, field-based solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to achieve production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and execute commercial construction projects from mobilization through final completion. This hands-on, solutions-driven leader will manage field operations, schedules, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining a safe and productive jobsite.

• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, sequencing, and industry standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management software.
• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
