As the London Receptionist you will be responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring a high standard of office working environment for our staff.
General administrative support i.e. printing, photocopying, binding;
Coordinate the switchboard screening and directing calls as necessary;
Circulate post and deliveries, both incoming and outgoing;
Assisting in managing / booking travel and accommodation
On behalf of the board / senior management liaise with clients PA/EA's to arrange meetings/ dinners etc.
Welcoming new staff and assisting them with set up at their desk
Meet and greet all visitors;
Host; cater for meetings with refreshments and any lunch requests for meetings;
Schedule meetings and coordinate the booking of meeting rooms;
Point of contact for facilities contractors such as cleaner, fire safety and waste disposal and assist the Development Director with management of those contracts.
Tidy and maintain the office area from the Reception, Meeting Rooms Print area and Storage room;
Arrange taxis and couriers;
Manage office petty cash resource;
Order and maintain all office supplies such as stationary, cleaning and small kitchen items;
