We are looking to connect with someone who ideally has experience in face‑to‑face customer service, preferably in tourism, transport or hospitality, and who can work both independently and as part of a team. A strong work ethic, excellent communication, quick thinking under pressure, sound cash handling, a safety‑focused mindset, and the ability to lift up to 20 kg are also required.
Candidates must obtain the following certificates before employment: a Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification and a Food Safety qualification covering hygienic practices.
Applicants may undergo pre‑employment alcohol and drug testing, psychometric assessments, health checks and background screenings, which could include criminal history and credit checks.

As a Customer Service Attendant, you will play an integral role in providing world‑class customer service onboard our Bundaberg or Rockhampton Tilt Train services. You can expect up to three‑day trips away and the chance to explore Queensland while you work.
