Digital Engineer / Senior Digital Engineer (3D, 4D, Animation & Video Storytelling)

Description

• Collaborate with Digital Leads and project teams to scope, deliver, and refine content
• Apply and develop consistent digital standards
• Create high-quality 3D models and 4D simulations for project planning and engagement
• Tell powerful stories using animations, videos, and time-based simulations
• Mentor others in 3D, 4D, and visualisation workflows
• Explore and test new tools, keeping our work at the cutting edge

Requirements

• Have scripting knowledge (Python, Blueprints) for automation or tool creation
• Experience in construction, structural, or MEP disciplines, either through a relevant degree or practical project with at least 5 years relevant experience.
• Can deliver animations and visual stories that make an impact
• Are familiar with Solibri, Power BI, Trimble Connect, or Autodesk tools (Revit, Civil 3D)
• Have dabbled in VR/AR platforms (nice to have)
• Know your way around tools like 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, Synchro, Blender
• Work well independently and manage your own deadlines
• Communicate clearly and collaborate easily with different teams
