Maintain proactive communication with Inside Sales, ensuring order accuracy, proper instructions, and seamless coordination.
Participate in continuous improvement projects, helping refine systems, workflows, and logistics strategies.
Shipment Tracking & Issue Resolution: Monitor and trace shipments, proactively identifying delays or discrepancies.
Import & Export Documentation: Accurately prepare and review essential trade documents, ensuring compliance with company, customer, and government regulations.

Oversee the preparation of invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and other required documents.

Collaborate with manufacturing teams to track material availability and packing schedules, preventing delays.
Communicate timely resolutions to customers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain seamless operations.
Interpret sales team notes and order details to execute the correct shipping, billing, and compliance methodologies.
Optimize transportation modes based on cost, urgency, and product requirements.
Efficiently utilize Oracle and OTM enterprise management tools for order processing and shipment execution.
