- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to engineering firms to promote inclusion of our products in design specifications.
- Partner with sales teams on key accounts to influence specifications and project design stages.
- Act as a technical liaison between the company and specifying engineers to ensure our solutions are top-of-mind during project planning.
- Perform on-site inspections of our equipment at wastewater treatment plants and other industrial facilities.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, product management, and marketing teams to align specifications with performance and value propositions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with engineering firms, municipalities, and industrial clients.
- Troubleshoot issues, verify proper installation and operation, and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Write and maintain accurate, compelling, and technically sound engineering specifications for our products and systems.
- Deliver technical presentations to engineering groups, municipalities, and decision-makers to support our sales efforts.

- 5+ years of experience in the wastewater or related industrial markets.
- PE license a plus but not required.
- Comfortable leading presentations, trainings, and technical sales discussions with large groups.
- Strong knowledge of municipal or industrial water/wastewater systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical, or related discipline).
- Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and in-person trainings – travel up to 70%.
