The groundskeeper maintains cleanliness of the property’s grounds, common areas, and amenities, adheres to safety and Fair Housing policies, and may be required to work weekends or perform other assigned duties.
- Pick up and maintain community grounds.
- Clean office and amenity areas.
- Remove trash from common areas.
- Operate and maintain the trash compactor and surrounding area.
- Pressure‑wash exterior buildings and breezeways.
- Perform minor maintenance such as light‑bulb changes and pool‑area upkeep.
- Assist maintenance team with turnover of make‑ready apartments.
- Work weekends as needed and follow all company policies, including safety and Fair Housing.

- Prefer at least one year of groundskeeping experience.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance when required by the property.
- Lift and move up to 50 lb regularly; occasionally lift heavier loads.
