The Job Captain monitors the production and coordination of drawings and specifications, collaborates with project leaders to address design and code challenges, provides technical oversight, and assists in developing bidding and construction documents while ensuring quality control and supporting construction administration.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture, have at least six years of architectural project experience, be proficient in BIM/Revit, MS Office, and Bluebeam, possess strong collaboration and time‑management skills, and have prior experience with education projects; LEED accreditation is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum six years of architectural project experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate, manage time, and deliver accurate tasks on schedule.
- Experience identifying and addressing budget, cost, schedule, and risk issues.
- Proficiency with BIM/Revit, MS Office Suite, and Bluebeam.
- Experience creating presentation materials for design and marketing.
- Ability to conduct code review and analysis through project completion.
- Prior experience with education projects; DSA experience a strong plus.
- LEED accreditation (optional).
