Communicating with a positive attitude and working with all drivers to assist with any issues that arise regarding their vehicles. Excellent customer service skillset with internal clients is a huge requirement for this position. This position will be the primary point person for all communications regarding MTech vehicles.
Assist and collaborate with the Purchasing Manager for the following vehicle related items: quoting vehicles for lease, ordering vehicles, selling vehicles, working with departments for yearly budgeting, planning for vehicles cycling out of fleet, processing lease buyouts
Assist our safety/risk team when vehicles are in accidents to facilitate claims, repairs, and logistics of getting vehicles to and from repair facilities and decal shops
Answering and responding to calls and emails on the weekends will be required, but should be very minimal. A company cell phone will be issued.
Facilitate logistics and moving vehicles to and from various locations
Coordination of all things fleet including working with our fleet maintenance and fuel provider, bill coding, registration renewals, recalls, fleet decal wraps, maintaining and editing master fleet spreadsheet, requesting insurance cards, trips to DMV, toll accounts and billing, maintaining each vehicle’s electronic files on server, scheduling and procuring aftermarket items and installations (including tool boxes, bins, racks, dash cameras, etc), reporting, recalls, insurance claims, preventative maintenance scheduling and approvals, etc.

Must be detail oriented with excellent multi-tasking ability
Ability to perform minor vehicle repairs (door handles, light bulbs, etc.) is not required, but a plus
Some light physical labor for cleaning and moving items may be required
High School diploma/GED required
Excellent data entry skills and overall computer skills (including typing and working with multiple MS office programs especially with Excel is a must).
Experience with vehicles, fleets, mechanical/automobile aptitude is a huge plus
Some local Colorado travel required
Ability to communicate effectively both orally, in writing, via email, phone and texting
Outstanding time management and organizational skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients
Regular and predictable attendance is expected in order to meet the requirements of this position
