Manage the mining of various large data sets for actionable insights and trends through the development of metrics, dashboards, and deep dive analysis.
Establish, recommend, coordinate, and review technical specifications required for effective system functionality, to include hardware and software.
Ensure the effective collection, organization and distribution of data, from a variety of data sources.
May be called upon to perform data submission activities to internal departments and external entities as required.
Proactively anticipate the need for system enhancements and provide guidance in optimizing technical reliability to improve the system database performance.
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery.
Acts as a liaison between Department and Information Technology.
