Maintain organization and cleanliness in FEC storage yards, shops, and tool rooms.
Lift and move heavy items, work outdoors or in warehouse setting, and travel to job sites as needed.
Support First Equipment Company (FEC) equipment operations, including daily activities for receiving, staging, organizing, and tracking of tools and equipment.
Coordinate pickup and delivery of equipment to and from project sites; provide support for preparation, loading, and unloading activities.
Follow company policies, safety protocols related to equipment handling, operational standards, and wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
Respond to equipment requests; support timely delivery and proper documentation from project and site teams.
Perform basic equipment inspections and minor maintenance tasks to support functionality and safety.
Assist with equipment check-in/out processes, track usage, and identify damaged or missing items.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct timely data entry of information within equipment tracking systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
Participate in process improvement efforts to help streamline logistics, improve efficiency, and reduce equipment downtime.
Support equipment scheduling and document routine and preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibrations.

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office suite of applications, Excel skills, and database applications, inventory systems, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, a plus
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (certification required or willingness to attain)

Basic understanding of construction equipment, jobsite logistics, and equipment maintenance requirements for hand and power tools
