Leading provider of housing, care, and support services across the UK.
As a member of the Supported Housing team you will help vulnerable customers with complex needs by ensuring the buildings are safe, secure and pleasant, and by fostering good relationships with neighbours.
In this role you will maintain the health and safety of the property, provide frontline support to residents, keep records up to date, ensure the environment remains tidy, and utilise technology to aid daily operations.
We are looking for someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, enjoys supporting vulnerable people, is sociable, observant of behavioural changes and able to intervene sensitively. The ideal candidate can work independently while feeling backed by a wider team and out‑of‑hours emergency support.
The role is based in the hostel office with occasional travel to nearby properties; shifts include weekends, bank holidays, Easter and Christmas, and a 30‑minute break is provided. An Enhanced DBS check is required and will be funded by the employer, and regular training and team meetings are held during the week.
