All aspects of Elevator installation which includes manually assembling and installation of elevator equipment, such as major elevator components including rails, pits and hoist-way equipment, car and counterweight assemblies and machine room equipment.
Ensures that all work is performed in a safe manner in accordance with safety standards and policies to protect the health and welfare of self and others.
Responsible for manually wiring and installing smaller elevator components including roller guides, door track and linkages and hall buttons and lanterns, which requires color perception to distinguish color- coded wiring components.

Physical – Requires walking/standing approximately 80%, sitting approximately 20% and lifting up to 100 lbs. Approximately 50% of the time; involves repetitive stooping, forward bending and crouching approximately 70% of the time; involves travel up to 95% of the time.
Manual Dexterity – Requires the use of hands, arms and feet for repetitive lifting; use of hands and arms to operate various hand and power tools and to record written information; requires capability to operate an automobile.
