Senior Mechanical Engineer

Description

• Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Develop and review mechanical designs, specifications, and drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and energy efficiency analysis.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in mechanical design and consulting.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, and local building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
