- Participates in recommending improvement in processes, design, procedures and equipment to minimize hazards.
- Works with others to investigate accidents, injuries and complaints concerning hazards in the workplace.
- Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of safety and health programs, systems and procedures.
- Under general supervision, performs technical work in a wide range of environmental, health and safety disciplines to achieve compliance with SH&E standards along with state and federal retulatory requirements.
- Participates in employee training, emergency preparedness and assures the quality of programs.
- Assists in monitoring for hazards that could be present in the work area.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Health or Industrial Hygiene or Environmental Engineering.
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification

- Experience with safety management software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees.
- Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
- OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Training
- Leverages degree and/or prior experience to advise on a variety of SH%E topics.
- Solid foundation: client relationships, financial stability, and market leadership.
- Led by industry veterans with 20+ years of experience.
