The developer will create and sustain dashboards using tools such as Qlik, Power BI, and Tableau, turning business and operational requirements into visualizations that highlight trends, metrics, and risks. Collaboration with data engineers ensures accurate data sources, calculations, and business logic, while performance optimization and standardized design patterns promote usability and consistency. Ongoing tasks include data validation, troubleshooting, incorporating user feedback, and documenting dashboard logic for knowledge transfer.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field and 2–5 years of hands‑on experience with enterprise BI tools, especially Qlik Sense and Power BI. Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization best practices is required, along with the ability to independently resolve performance and accuracy issues. Strong communication skills and the capacity to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders are essential.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens with an active Secret clearance. Familiarity with Navy logistics, supply‑chain, financial data, or DoD platforms such as Advana/Jupiter is considered a plus. The position also demands the ability to perform repetitive hand motions, respond to audible emergency communications, and sit for extended periods at a workstation.
