Compare inspection results from previous inspection samples of the same DFOW to identify and monitor any variance trends to leverage positive trends and contain negative trends.
Support onboarding and orientation of field personnel on quality expectations.
Photograph and document all discrepancies and non-conforming work.
Generate and submit Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), as necessary, with detailed findings and recommendations.
Travel to active solar project sites within the region to perform random sampling inspections at defined intervals during the construction of projects.
Provide inspection results data to the Regional Quality Manager, Quality Analyst, and Quality Department to support trend analysis programs.
Verify compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and industry standards.
Communicate inspection results and quality trends to the project team, including site managers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
Evaluate installation and process quality across all DFOW, including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.
