Manage daily video conference operations and related AV items; monitor and audit conferences for quality and user experience, recommending enhancements.
Drive vendor performance to ensure project completion with stakeholder sign-off.
Set up, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot teleconferencing and multimedia equipment.
Work with vendors and contractors on AV design and implementation.
Train users on technology implementations, enhancing user experience through documentation.

4+ years of professional experience as an Audio-Visual Engineer and/or Leader.
Hands-on technical skills combined with leadership capability.
