Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! This agent will be responsible for leasing apartments in Buffalo, Hamburg, and Tonawanda, NY. The leasing agent will report mainly to the office in Hamburg but be required to spend one day a week in Tonawanda. Through compassionate and thoughtful interactions, leasing agents play a key role in helping prospective residents find their next home.

  • Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service during the move-in process
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents
  • Process rental applications quickly and accurately
  • Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants
  • Verify all move-ins are fully completed, inspected, and documented
  • Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings
  • Monitor listing postings and advertisements
  • Assist property manager with tenant care and retention
