Act as the key contact for clients on quality matters in the absence of the Project Quality Manager, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project objectives.
Outside the project organisation you are accountable for supporting departmental key activities, including participation in company-wide improvement initiatives.
Conduct quality induction and awareness sessions on project quality requirements for all stakeholders, including Vendors and Subcontractors.
Support the execution of project quality plan.
You assist the Project Quality Manager in liaising with the Project Team, Clients, contractors, and vendors on following up quality related matters.
Provide feedback and lessons learned to improve systems and tools within the discipline community.
You are responsible for implementing quality assurance measures within your project to ensure compliance with all standards, rules, and requirements established by the Company, Regulators, Clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to the qualification and selection of vendors/sub-contractors based on quality.
Timely review quality-related documents submitted by Vendors.
Monitor & follow up on the resolution of quality notifications and escalations, ensuring adherence to processes.
Your role is instrumental in promoting and fostering strong quality cultures, positive behaviors, and a culture of quality excellence among project stakeholders.
Within the project organization, you provide essential support for quality management within the project.
Participate in quality incident investigations and assist in resolving incidents promptly.
Provide primary support to Project Quality Manager in the execution of quality management within project.
Analyze project quality performance, provide status updates on quality activities, and ensure timely reporting meeting department and project deadlines
You assist in leading quality-related activities to provide effective support to the project, ensuring that quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
Establish, update, and maintain the Project Quality Audit Plan, conduct internal and external audits and follow up to ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

Fundamentals, Engineering principles, lifecycle and assurance processes, and construction processes, including fabrication and special processes.
Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent standard, demonstrating proficiency in auditing quality management systems.
Strong knowledge in welding, coating, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), preservation, and Ex (explosive atmospheres). Relevant certifications are an added advantage.
Demonstrated proficiency with quality investigation tools and methodologies, including handling investigations of non-conformance and major quality incidents. Well-versed in root cause analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and corrective action/preventive action (CAPA).
Proven expertise in Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9000, ISO/TS 29001, and ISO/IEC 80079-34, with in-depth knowledge of relevant processes and interfaces. Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and best practices, including quality assurance techniques.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, including at least 2 years in a senior level role. Proven project experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of Project Management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, science, or a related quality discipline, with a focus on quality management or relevant field.
